Location: Muskmelon Bay, Guana Island

Today we woke up to the best breakfast ever (pancakes being the best!). The instructors then went to a skippers meeting, leaving us all to do whatever we want, in the end, we just ended up doing the dishes and listening to the radio. We then spent a couple of hours sailing to the Kodiak Queen, one of the only ships to survive Pearl Harbour. We dived it to add onto our wreck certification and so that the Dolphins could do a roaming fish survey. The wreck had a sculpture of a Kraken “attacking it” – it was really cool! After the dive, we sailed to Muskmelon Bay, which has a bird sanctuary. We then snorkeled the site for our night dive number three. After this dive, we will be certified night divers. Tomorrow, we will volunteer to help people rebuild after the hurricane. I can’t wait for tomorrow!
