Location: Mountain Point, Virgin Gorda

Our day started at 1 am when Delfina, Daisy, Hayes, Lawson, and I decided it would be a good idea to prank three of the other boats. We pranked Shamsharty, Highlander, and Beso by wrapping all of their lines around the boat. We successfully did the first two but unfortunately got caught on the third one, so we had to run back to the dinghy as quickly as we could. Antonio and Devyn were the chefs, so they cooked scrambled eggs for breakfast, but people mostly ate cereal. After chilling out for a little bit, we put on sunscreen and our PFDs to get ready for our super-long sail, which took up pretty much the whole day. We split into three groups and set off. Group 1: Violet, Graham, Antonio, and Graham were up first for sailing and learned about the points of the sail with MaLaku. Meanwhile, Group 2: Delfina, Lawson, and Liam reviewed everything we had learned about sailing with Margaret. Finally, Group 3: Daisy, Devyn, Tomas, and Reed were chilling out on the bow of the boat while they waited for their turn. We pretty much just did a rotation of that until it was time for lunch, and Antonio and Devyn made the best grilled cheese ever. Everyone had two or more. They were almost perfect except for the fact that Tomas found a piece of plastic in the cheese of his… We are still trying to figure out which chef it was. While we were doing our jobs after lunch, Daisy and Graham were Deckies, and the broom fell into the water. Luckily, Graham jumped in heroically and saved the day! After lunch, we went swimming, and there was a massive barracuda next to our boat that was super cool. We set off again after lunch, and the last rotation happened. After that, everyone chilled out, tanned, and read their books. Once we got to Mountain Point, everyone jumped back in to shower and get ready for dinner. Dinner was chicken Caesar salad and risotto, and it was really good. After dinner, everyone had a dance party while cleaning up. Now, we are about to do a review for our big scuba test tomorrow. Wish us luck! 🙂
