Today, after a wonderful breakfast of french toast, we had a rotation day. The first activity on our list was learning how to use our dive tables, which confused a lot of people.and took a long two hours to explain. Next on the agenda was sailing Picos. It was windy, and everybody went fast, some even tipped over. Also, we did a bit of windsurfing, which is impossible. Everyone then gathered back at our boat for a delicious lunch of mac and cheese. This had to be everyone’s favorite because Stefan said: “mac and cheese is my life.” The next thing on the list was wakeboarding and waterskiing. Carly and Evan did the best on our boat, a lot of people had a hard time standing up though. It was very exciting and one of the best activities in my opinion. Finally, it was our turn to sail on 19-foot sailboats called Rhodes. It was a very relaxing sail for two hours. We sailed then to the Bitter End Yacht Club where we were picked up and taken back on dinghies. After a long day in the sun, we took showers, which felt amazing, and we are going to have a wonderful dinner of tomato stroganoff.
