Location: Leverick Bay
We woke up at 7:00 to Will’s amazing music selection. For breakfast, we had an amazing French toast made by Lilly and Ellery. We then moved on to zesting, which everyone loves, and where Bryce sailed solo. Then, I enjoyed a great lesson on how to drive the dinghy taught by Marge and Skylar. Blake and Gwynnie were able to rescue the “man-overboard” (a life vest) on their first try. Then the Vega students had a lesson on the RDP table with Anzie. Everyone excelled at this activity and passed their test on the first try. After that long lesson, we had a simple lunch of PB&J. Then we had time for water sports, where Iris, Lily, Sloane, Clara, Bryce, and I had lots of fun wakeboarding, skiing, and knee-boarding.
We had some notable accomplishments, and Lilly, Bryce, and Sloane did a 360 on the kneeboard, and Iris got up on the wakeboard for the first time! While all of us were having fun, the rest of our boat was resting back on G2BH. While people finished up showers, I helped Will pick up and then drop anchor again at Leverick Bay. We then went into town again to the best grocery store we’ve seen. Coco, Elle, and Anna got huge hauls of snacks. Then we took a group photo at the bow of the boat before ten minutes of phone time. After that, Will took up the phones, and we headed into town on the dinghy. This was where, for the first time, we were able to see DJ Heavy Beats, our DJ for the party. We enjoyed a great dinner of burgers, hot dogs, watermelon, and lemonade. After that, it was time to dance, and most of our boat headed to the dance floor. After a long, tiring night, we headed back to G2BH on a dinghy. We then had time on our phones, and Will graciously gave us 35 minutes. After hanging out for a bit, we then headed to bed after a long day.
