Even though waking up today was a little rough, we had an amazing day. Chefs, Kyler and Brian, cooked up a wonderful yogurt parfait with a side of bagels that gave us the energy we needed to start the day. For some of us, however, the day started a little later due to some impressive power naps, while the rest of us enjoyed the 3-hour sailing trip to Cooper Island. While sailing on this excursion, Dolphins learned about how to correctly identify different fish species. When we arrived at our destination, Blue Chromis Reef, Dylan, Moorea, and Scarlett finished their Open Water Dive Certification while the rest of us tried out free diving and snorkeling with Joe. Next, we all joined together and went on our first Fish ID dive. We saw a multitude of fish, each one varying in color, size, and shape. Once we finished the dive, we figured out which fish we saw on the dive and then sailed to our place of slumber, Savannah Bay. After a belly flop contest and a shower, Kyler and Brian cheffed up our dinner of Alfredo pasta and garlic bread. Once we had crushed dinner, we all worked together to clean up. Overall it was a great day, filled with salad, citrus, and Aloe Vera.
