Location: Great Harbor, Peter Island
Good evening to all parents! It is Madora here! Today we started out with a wake-up call at 7 am. We ate cereal for breakfast, and while we were cleaning up it started pouring rain. Elizabeth started dancing in the rain as we finished up the dishes! After the cleanup was done, we started getting ready for our first dive of the day. We did a wreck dive at a site called Willy T. My partner was DJ, and it was so cool. There were skeleton pirates! We had some resting time between the dive and lunch, so Sophie, Ella, and I took a nap on the roof. When we woke up, Maddie and Sean made some amazing grilled cheese sandwiches. Mateo, Durand, and George had five sandwiches each and were not feeling too hot afterward. Before our second dive, a few of us chugged a big glass of Gatorade, so we stayed hydrated. Jake definitely had all of us beat on the chugging, but Ella and I are going to practice the rest of the trip till we can beat him. Our second dive of the day was a naturalist dive. Sadly some of us weren’t able to make it cause we were not feeling too well, but they are doing good now. We saw so many things on the dive and the reef was sooo pretty. Hayley and Eve saw a huge sea cucumber and a bunch of itty bitty fish. When we came back from the dive, we took showers, and the chefs started on a scrumptious Thanksgiving dinner. We are now finishing the cleanup while watching a beautiful sunset before we start our movie night!
