Location: Great Harbor, Jost van Dyke
Hey everyone, It’s Francisco. This morning we had a sail over to the Rhone. While diving the wreck dive, Deej and Eve saw a sea turtle, and Frankie spotted a big nurse shark. Afterward, we motored to Salt Island for a short hike with the other dive side boats. Hayley and Maddie led the way through the hike, and George saw a goat and tried to show the rest of us, but it ran away. After the hike, we headed back to the boat and ate Tuscan white bean soup for lunch while on our way back to GHP. Sean helped to anchor the boat where we are going to be spending the night. In preparation for our night dive, we snorkeled the site. Madora got pooped on by a bird while sunbathing with Sophie on the roof. It was very funny. She jumped in to wash it off.
For dinner, Mateo and George prepared a delicious Risotto, Elizabeth made “battery acid” (Gatorade and Lemonade mixed together), and Katie made a bomb** Caesar salad. I taste-tested everything multiple times. We are getting ready for our night dive and will finish off the long day with a birthday celebration for Katie’s 21st Birthday. HAPPY BIRTHDAY, KATIE🥳
