Hey parents! It’s Eve here to report our day today! First, we started off the day with some breakfast burritos made by our chefs, Deej and Franny. A great start to the day. Then we got the call from skipper Cici to put on our PFDs to sail over to moorings for our weekly shore time. Jake dinghied us over, and we made our way over to the market first, where Maddie, Mateo, and Sophie restocked on snacks and drinks. We then made our way to the restaurant for lunch. We waited for a good two hours for all of our food to come out, and we had to rush back to the boat. Before getting back to the boat, we all got some cool scuba shirts at one of the stores.
Once we got back to the boat, we motored over to Blue Chromis for our fun dive! Cici and Jake stayed under the boat and let us navigate this dive alone with our buddy pairs. Hayley and Madora came face to face with a nurse shark. Every buddy pair was able to find, do their safety stop, and surface back at the boat. We are all pro navigators!! After celebrating on the surface, we all took our gear off and took our ocean showers. Ella did some cool jumps off the side of the boat. After showering, Katie made us some yummy tortellini, salad, and garlic bread for dinner while underway to Trellis Bay for the night. It was a great day, and we are all looking forward to our future dives. While I am here, I want to wish a Happy Birthday to my little brother, Asher! Have an amazing night. We are all doing well!!
