Hello everyone, I am Ben, acting skipper this Monday. Today was an eventful day. We started off with oatmeal which was a nice way. Today was a rotation day, meaning we would go around to other boats to learn new skills. We started off on our own boots, going jet skiing and wakeboarding. Henry, Ella, and Jack were some of the first to go and had a ton of fun. For some, it was their first time, while for others, it was a skill they would have to remember, but a ton of fun was had. Next was our time to go out and start learning how to dive. After we had put together our gear, we took a step of faith into the water. We started putting the knowledge we had learned from our dive chats with our groups. Miles, Makena, and Ellie met a new instructor and had a great experience. While everyone was nervous at first, in the end, everyone was excited to do even more. We stopped for lunch, where we rested up, lathered up, and ate some sandwiches. Before we went on to our next activity, we realized the serious problem with flies on the boat.

We hope when we set sail tomorrow, our fly problems will too. We then moved on to the next activity of paddle boarding. Robert, Evie, Sipora, Sophia, Ben, and Owen decided to hop off the boat and swim while the rest of us relaxed for most of the time. We then ended it off by learning how to drive a dinghy(small boat). We learned how to steer and control the boats. We then got ready for dinner, which was filled with lots of laughs, and everyone’s spirits were lifted. Today was a day filled with fun and learning, perfectly reflecting the ActionQuest program. Love you, Mom and Dad. Miss you, bros
