Location: Cane Garden Bay, Tortola

This morning, we woke up and then went underway to Brewers, where we had our second naturalist dive. On this dive, we were tasked with finding all three subcategories of symbiosis: mutualism, commensalism, and parasitism. We saw sharks, eels, turtles, and more. It was one of my favorite dives yet. Then we rafted with Event Horizon and had quesadillas for lunch while catching up with the other boat. After lunch, we had a brief sail to our second dive sight, The Pinnacles. This site was equally beautiful as the last. We saw a drumfish for the first time. Nearing the end of the dive, we found some fishing line that could’ve harmed the reef, so we brought it back to the boat and threw it away. On our way to the next port is where we had the biggest egg war yet. By the end of it, our boat was completely covered in a mix of eggs and fruit. The fight was really fun, but the following clean-up session was grueling. Dinner was a delicious Thai red curry which was a great way to end the day.
