Day 15 starts off with a very early morning to get ready for a hike with all the other boats. It was really fun catching up with friends from other boats and my sister and her friends. After a few hours, Zaver and I finished first for our boat, and one by one, we all started to climb our way to the summit and make our way back down. We had our phones for this hike in case something went wrong, so we got to listen to music during the hike, which was pleasing. After Lina and Lily made their way to the top and back down, we all sat down for some much-needed grilled food. We spent a lot of time at the base of the mountain, talking with friends, looking at the beach, and buying some snacks. Next, as we were making our way to the next activity, which was supposed to be a sand castle competition, We came across a Squall: a very sudden combination of waves and wind. After thrashing about for some time, we realized that we didn’t have enough time to do the sand castle building. Before long, we were on our way to the BBQ, and it was a blast. Fun music, cool T-shirts, snacks, and employees braiding cornrows on boys who paid for it. Lastly, we all come back to the boat and get ready for a squeeze. My question is, “What is your biggest regret and why?”
Even though some of the activities planned didn’t go accordingly, it was still a very fun and activity-filled day that I hope to top tomorrow.
