Hello from Mountain Point,
This morning, we woke up at seven from a night of heavy rain and lightning. I slept (by choice) on the navigation table, which was surprisingly comfortable. We had oatmeal and talked about the schedule. Right after breakfast, we grabbed our dive gear and established groups. Sean, Dylan, Camila, and I got to have Amanda as our dive instructor. The dive was mostly a refresher, going over all the basic skills. Our boat then took a dinghy to the boat, Avisia, and had a paddle boarding competition. The boy’s strategy was to sabotage the girls. Dylan and Matthew started off, then Mateo and Max, who regained a lead. To finish, Ethan, Shawn, and I started off normal, paddling around to the boat. Then I stole Piper’s paddle, and Matthew and some other boys flipped the paddle board. We sadly got disqualified, but it was still really fun.

Then we got on another boat and learned knots from James and Garrett. Lastly, we got to do water sports. Shawn, Camila, Emily, and I went on the dinghy. We did kneeboarding and wakeboarding, which was really pretty with the light drizzle and mountains. Max, Matthew, Mateo, and Dylan wakeboarded afterward. They went back, and the rest of the boat went back and stayed on Avisia. Our group got dropped off at our boat (Highlander) and snorkeled. We saw two stingrays with a fish on one. Then we had dinner with the whole boat and some guests. We played Squeeze and jumped in the water.
Today was a really active and fun day.
