Location: Anegada

Today, we had to wake up between 5:30 and 6:00 because today was a 3-hour sunrise sail to Anegada for boat Olympics, which is a really flat island. The highest point of it is around 30ft. Max and Mathew made some really good French toast, so I (Shawn) pulled out the Nutella that I won on the first night for squeeze hide and seek. At the boat Olympics, we lost the first game, which was a Tug of War. Max and Dylan won the first round of the three-legged race, then Mateo and Mathew lost, and then it was Mine (Shawn) and Miers’ turn because Lila and Camila dropped out of it. Piper came 3rd or 2nd for the Fender Rodeo round 1. In round 2, Miers came 2nd, and finally, in the 3rd and final round, I (Shawn) won the Fender Rodeo. After the boat Olympics was over, we all just hung around each other and swam around while waiting for a dinghy to come and pick us up. Today was a really good day to get to know each other and bond or become one together or family. Once we got picked up by the dinghy, we got to do a wet entry, where we jumped off the dinghy and swam to the ladder on the catamaran. We all got to swim together once we got dropped off, then we had our ocean showers, and then we got to have some veggie burgers, which weren’t as bad as I thought they would. Then a surprise guest showed up to eat with us, Mike the director of the camp. Emily is now reading a new book called Lord of the Flies because she just finished A Night Divided. All of the girls have been making string bracelets like Piper, Emily, Caitlyn, Camila, And Lila. Last Night, the dishy pit got in trouble. The salts were Piper and Mateo, Ethan was the freshie, and the dryer was Caitlyn was the dryer. They all almost had to redo their jobs because they all did so poorly. Finally it was time for squeeze my question was if you were stranded on an island what three items would you bring there was a bunch of creative answers like Mathew said for one of his three he’d bring a robot slave, Now its time for squeeze my squeeze was squeeze sleep which was pretty funny. That’s all for today. I love you, Mummy and Daddy!
