Hello families! Today was very fun. We all woke up at around 7 am or earlier to start our day. The chefs made us an awesome breakfast of eggs and cinnamon bread. Then, we were off to sail for almost the entire day. We were called in groups for sailing, and we each got a turn on the helm, which was pretty cool. We all got a turn driving the boat, and we also learned how to tack and practiced more winch safety. Sahil had an amazing nap while underway. It took a while to get to the destination, but when we got there, the water was really nice and super blue. When we anchored, we hung out until the scuba instructors got here. Arthur and I (Dillon) figured the gear out pretty quickly. We all learned and practiced setting up our scuba diving tanks so that we became pros.

Alivia, Carlie, Leila, Arthur, Grace, and I were in a group with instructor Gary. River and Laurel attempted a backflip and got it after a day. Sahil is going to attempt backflips with me tomorrow. After we all showered in the ocean, Kaya and Alivia made a wonderful dinner of hotdogs and pasta with Alfredo. During dinner, Jake, a staff member, told us a story about how he got a goat on his boat during a session many years ago. Avery and Michelle interlocked their toes after dinner for the squeeze. Squeeze is when we all hold hands or toes and say what we are grateful for from the day, and also, the skipper of the day (me) asks a question. My question today was: who is your favorite artist?
