Location: Great Harbor, Peter Island

Today started off with oatmeal and cereal for breakfast. The chefs were Mary and Otter. We had a little bit of a late start to the morning. Then after we got started on our first sailing race of the day against all of sail side. We did not do so well…..Then, we ended up back at the dock, where we started on June 17. We got to go on shore for lunch and eat real food!!!! Then, the skippers met with the adult skippers to talk about the next race. A couple of hours later, we started our race. It felt like the second race took forever. Sloane, Audrey, Clara, and Otter did well tacking, and Mary did well unfurling the jib. We sailed kind of slowly, but it was still fun. Many people took naps (sultan). Yates felt seasick but took meds, so he was better. When we finally arrived in Great Harbor, we started on dinner. Dinner was breakfast for dinner because I think they ran out of ideas on what to feed us! A lot of us helped with dinner, and I cooked the eggs on the stove. Clara had trouble turning on the propane, but Toby helped her. While I was mid-cooking eggs, the sausage grease was popping all over Mary and I and it burned so badly. For some reason, there were also baked beans. Finally, there were pancakes, biscuits, and muffins in a pan. That was good.

Otter is cleaning the stove right now. Alex is deckie-ing because Sultan spilled our entire pan eggs on the deck! Thomas is doing a great job being Gopher. We are currently rafted with all four sail side B boats. Those are Beso, Gap Year, Avizia, and Meow or Never. It’s kinda annoying because we are in the middle but its ok I think it will still be fun. We are scared of getting pranked, but there is a ban on pranking for tonight, thankfully. We are finishing cleanup and about to review trivia tonight. Hopefully, we win bc if we do, we get brownies. Only 4-5 days left. Bye bye
