Location: Vixen Point, Gorda Sound
Today was a very fun day, possibly the most fun of the camp so far. After waking up at 7 am, we ate a breakfast of cereal and fresh fruit. We then started a mini-rotation day, which consisted of water sports, paddle boarding (during which Georgia, Libby, and Eliza all got lost at sea), a dive chat, and other fun activities. Reid and Reese Rut did really well on the wakeboards and kneeboards. In the middle of the rotation day, we ate a lunch of mac and cheese, which was cooked by Eliza and Charles. After rotation day was over, we finally got our phones back! We all called our parents, and I think we will all miss our phones for another week. We then got some shore time to buy items that ranged from snacks to jewelry and headed back to Meow to drop our things off. Finally, it was time for the barbecue. Dinner at the BBQ consisted of pulled pork, burgers, hotdogs, and watermelon. I ate with Reid, Charles, and Max, and we all talked about things such as school and video games. After we finished eating, many people piled onto the dance floor, while people such as Max and Charles spent time bonding together by the Marina. Sophie hung out with Reese, Roth, and Dalila by the dance floor. We all headed back to the boat and can’t wait for tomorrow. Bye 👋!
