Today we awoke to the alluring tunes of the morning track, which was followed by a delicious breakfast of bagels and yogurt. Most of us spread PB+J on our bagels, while some used cream cheese for a tasty bagel. Today was a rotation day, which meant that our boat would be switching between a series of activities. The adventure kicked off with a Zest boat relay race. The teams had to navigate their sailboat around a course and switch off with the next members of their team. Sydney, Marin, and Eliza made the ultimate comeback and took the victory in the last let of the race. Next our group did some waterskiing, wakeboarding, and kneeboarding. Charlie was able to do 360s and ride backwards on the kneeboard, and Peter stood up on his first try with the waterskis. Lunch was made by Jamie the grilled cheese god from the other boat Ocean Star. Thirty delicious mouth-watering grilled cheese sandwiches were made for our crew, and we devoured them all. The next rotation was scuba diving, where our group completed the final sections of the confined water diving. Dinner was personally my most favorite meal of the trip. Chicken Caesar salad and risotto was a very filling meal cooked up by Alayna and Charlie, the chefs for today. Shortly after dinner we were able to see some fireworks off in the distance. What an amazing day!
