Location: Sandy Spit, Green Cay

At precisely 7 o’clock, I arose to the sound of the morning music. I was hyped for today because we were diving with the Royal British Marines and picking up debris from Irma. For breakfast, Cat made some great French toast, slathered in a new bottle of creamy peanut butter. Shortly after, I was assigned to go to Mike’s boat for a briefing on how the day was to be organized. After taking incredibly detailed notes, I went back to the boat to enlist my shipmates. We were broken into two teams, one to dive and the other to fill tanks. After an hour the teams switched. On the first dive, my group (Will, Hudson, Collin, and Tim) found a big old boat. After alerting the Marines, the boat was taken out.

All in all, our dive was wicked. We then took a photo with the Marines and had a short talk, Once we were all back at the boat, we set sail to Sandy Spit. On the sail, we played cards against humanity and made dinner. Overall, today was incredibly fun. Lastly, I would like to thank my parents for letting me have this incredible experience.
