Location: Savanna Bay, Virgin Gorda

We had a great day today! We started with a great night of sleep with no rain and were woken up by the “Good Morning” song. We had bagels and fruit for breakfast and were quickly underway, headed to Blue Chromis to dive. The Neptune boys did some studying while the Dolphin group brainstormed project ideas. When we arrived, we prepped and went diving. Dolphins were working on our Underwater Naturalist certification, so we were identifying things on the reef. One group saw a nurse shark, and another saw squid. Robbie and Elise M cooked lunch and we were underway again, heading to Savanna Bay. Madison, Alex, Liam, Grace, Marin, and I napped on the trampoline on the way and got drenched by waves coming onto the bow. Rudy, Alex, and Robbie helped anchor the boat, and we went swimming in Savannah Bay. A bunch of us went Zesting as well (tiny sailboats). Elise M was my partner, and we capsized seven times. Lucy and Madison were also Zesting partners and turtled their boat. Unfortunately, Elise U was having ear problems and didn’t get to dive with us today. We took an ocean shower after Zesting, and the cooks made a delicious dinner. We had a dinner guest, and while they prepped, the girls learned knots with Gene. After dinner, we ended up squeezing with a Conga line and cleaned up super fast to earn a dance party. We then danced on the roof to Karma by Jojo Siwa to end our night.
