Today was such a fun day! We started off the day with a breakfast of muffins and scrambled eggs made by pro chefs Alex and Rudy. Then, we headed to the beach for a navigation refresher and to practice what we would do later on our dive. Before that, though, we went on a nature hike to the windward side of the island and watched Robbie do some rock climbing, but only got so far before concerned skipper Will told him to get down. After the hike, we went back to the beach for a seal race, which got very competitive. Liam and Cara went head to head but Cara found a cheat way and rolled down the beach. Even the girls got involved but found it rather difficult. After that, though, we came back to the boat and had lunch with some expertly cut vegetables. Dishes were quickly washed by Grace and Marin and then it was time for our dive! Today was navigation day, so we had many different stations, but thankfully, no one got lost. Elise U, Lucy, and Elise M worked hard on the night diving book to make sure we were prepared for our upcoming night dives! After the dive we enjoyed some water sports like water skiing and wakeboarding. Gabrielle and Lucy tried water skiing for the first time and managed to get up before shortly falling down. Everyone was happy to finish out the day with a delicious chili and rice dinner that Mike got to join us for! After dinner, though, is the part where the fun really begins. We did our timed dish session, which we got done in 10 minutes, and did some karaoke. Marin, Madison, Liam, and Grace were dance surfing, but that ended in a tragedy with Grace hitting her foot, which is now icing. All is well!
