This morning we awoke in quite a peculiar sleeping arrangement, with everyone inside due to the bug infestation that we had to endure the night before. After Charley and Emily cheffed up some scrumptious eggs, we headed out for our first naturalist dive, where we had to identify some vertebrates and invertebrates. After the dive and some slightly crispy muffins, thank Joe. We headed from bug city to jellyfish jungle for lunch and our second dive. This time it was a fun dive, so we could explore the sunken shark planes that were underwater and, of course, take lots of photos! Scarlett, Aline, Ben, Laragh, Emily, Izy, and I all got stung by some jellyfish – some worse than others, but we were all okay in the end, and it is definitely an experience to remember. Next up on the agenda, we headed over to meet sail side and do some watersports. Some of us went to try out wakeboarding and kneeboarding, and they all had a super fun time, especially Holden, who had some massive wipeouts! Later on, we dolphins went over to Good Times to do some reading and presentations while the Neptune boys (Ben, Holden, and Connor) stayed on the boat and learned lots about deep diving. When we got back to the boat from the dolphin talk, we found Holden and Connor swimming with the tarpon in the water, and soon after, Brooke, Aline, Charley, and Emily joined in! Now we’re trying to dry off, then soon its bedtime! See you tomorrow!!
