Day 4, where to start?
We woke up early to quickly sail to The Baths, where we bravely climbed up the rocks and jumped off of the cliff! We explored the rock pools and investigated the different cliffs to jump off, with Maya, Laragh, Holden, Connor, and myself having to swim under/in-between rocks to get there. It was so beautiful and a great start to our day (shout out to Gene’s backflip!). Next, we swam back onto the boat and headed over to Spanish Town for our first trip to civilization! As a group, we explored the island, the journey led by Aline to a restaurant and some shops. In the afternoon, we continued to sail and anchored at Mountain Point for a snorkel, where Charley even spotted a sting ray, and Ben happily joined us while recovering from a cold. Following the snorkel, we decided to jump off the side of the boat, rating our dives by category, with Emily making the big jump, even while apprehensive.
Brooke and Laragh cheffed us up some chili and rice to fuel us for our very first night dive, where I am hoping to see an octopus!!
