Location: Sandy Spit, Green Cay
We started day 16 bright and early, as usual, at 7:00 am with some amazing French toast that our chefs Juliet and Bodin made. Then we started sailing to a beach nearby. Everyone was able to sail by themselves: Townes, Stella, and Sadie in the first group. All doing their jobs as helming the boat, doing the main sheet and the jib. In group 2, Sloane, Henry, and Maddie are doing their jobs, too!! For the last two groups, Philip, Bodin, and I. As we rolled up to the beach we had a great lunch made by our chefs of chicken Caesar wraps. After lunch, we all decided to swim to the beach nearby. We made it to the beach, and many of us collected some rocks and shells. We all headed our way back to the boat to make our way back to where we were the night before. As Maddie, Henry, and Sloan helmed the boat on the way back, many of the others were exhausted and decided to take naps. As we got back, we all took our ocean showers, as our chefs made some delicious frank and beans for dinner. We all munched down. I would say we had a very fun but chill day, and I can’t wait to see what the last four days bring us.
