Location: Sidney's, Jost van Dyke
Today, we started our day at 7:00 and had a scrumptious breakfast of homemade (from the bag) cereal prepared by the towns. After that, we all ventured out to go on an 8-mile hike up a fearful mountain! The first mile was scary for most people because it was very steep, but we all got past that and made it all the way up to the top of the mountain, which is also the highest point in the British Virgin Islands! Will ran up the mountain, and after 40 minutes of huffing and puffing, he made it up the fastest. Towns and George had amazing times up the hill, with Towns finishing fourth and George finishing 10! Stella and Natalia hiked up the hill and stopped at a market where they munched down some snacks! After that most people went to lunch at a place called “paradise” Henry and I had cheeseburgers and it was delicious, Sadie and Juliet had an amazing pizza, while Maddie scarfed down tacos! I bought a jar of pickles and happily ate all of them. After that, we all motored to Sandy Cay, where we competed in a Sandcastle competition, and Philippe suggested a crocodile that we made out of sand. Sadly, we got a whopping last place! After that, we all showered up and headed to a barbecue. All the boats met up and had a great time at either the shops or the dance floor, where there was a DJ playing great music! Bodin and Sloane killed it at the dance floor! The last thing we did was hang out on the boat before we fell asleep!
