Location: Great Harbor, Peter Island

‘Twas a fine summer morning in the British Virgin Islands. We started the day with pancakes under the dark and stormy clouds and trickling rain. After breakfast, the dolphins went on good times and dove “The Wall.” Lucy, Paloma, Jasper, Kara, and Malea did scuba ASMR while on their dive. Will and Reese joined me, Parker, and Katie, on a deep dive. Our dive was a naturally sunk ship, and when we first got down to the wreck, we saw a sea turtle. We surfaced to rocky seas and had a fun but bumpy ride back to the boat. Once back to the boat, we quickly got our gear put away and started pulling everyone’s stuff off the lines because the wind was blowing things away left and right.

We had to leave the dolphins on good times because the boat was moving around, and the anchor was starting to drag. Me, Parker, Mason, Reese, Katie, Kyler, and Granola Will became a mighty crew and sailed us through the rough seas. Once we got to safety, the dolphins returned to our boat, and we got some shore time in Road Town. Parker got some fried chicken that he put down with speed. Paloma got a double burger but with lettuce for buns. Sean got some grilled chicken that he very much enjoyed. After some food and exploration, we returned to the boat and had a nice sail to where we were staying for the night. We ended the day with a nice long ocean shower because we wanted to soak in and enjoy our last one together. After the shower, Katie and Ron got to work on dinner when a huge wake ran under the boat, causing chaos in the kitchen. Dinner was great, and to finish off the night, we wrought notes to each other filled with our favorite memories of the trip.
