Location: West End, Tortola
We were woken up by Kung Fu Fighting blasting in our ears. It was a slow morning as we were all up till almost two in the morning writing cards to each other. Our lovely cooks, Lucy and Parker, got out to dry cereal for breakfast this morning; it was great! We then had our last dive. It had amazing visibility and was a chill dive for everyone. Jasper even found a nurse shark and pointed it out to us all! Megan was especially stoked to see another shark. After the dive we were briefed on how to clean the boat, we were trying to clean it in 55 minutes so that we could continue to be the best and most clean boat. We were all assigned jobs and only went a little over our 55-minute time limit. After cleaning the boat, everyone split up and went to shore. Everyone went out to lunch at Pussers. Maya got a Garden Pizza that was being eaten off by Parker, Lucy, and me. Lucy, Paloma, Katie, and I got a delicious yet overpriced Caesar salad.
While everyone was shopping, Sean, Jasper, Will, and another boat, Good Times, stopped at the restaurant to watch the soccer match Switzerland vs. England. After wandering around the shore and looking at the shops we’d previously looked at, most people headed back to the boat. Once on the boat, we were joined by two Good Times members, Will and Reese, who played a game called Rat Slap with them. He ended up beating the Good Times and ended his trip long winning streak. People are finishing showering, and we are now preparing for our last BBQ. We are all ready to see everyone and be home, but this trip has been so much fun. See you all soon!
