Location: Mountain Point, Virgin Gorda
Today was a wonderful day. We woke up and ate breakfast burritos. Later we cleaned up the deck and dishes. Antonio did a very nice thing by helping the deckies clean the deck. Later our friends from Friendship and Odyssey came to our boat for diving. We were all excited to see them but sadly had to leave so we can practice sailing. On the boat, Kackie showed us a lot of things like tacking, jibing, and sail trim. We took turns trying out everything. Eloise started driving and, at first, did not know what to do but then got the hang of it, and Max helped a lot by raising the sail.
JJ took a quick nap at first but later woke up to have some fun jumping into the sea. We sailed for a while, and then we anchored down near some islands to eat lunch. We ate some soup that JJ and Antonio cooked. After eating, we had some fun in the water by jumping in and swimming around. Then, Matthew and Pablo created a new game where you jumped into the water with your eyes closed. Jasmine and Ella were too scared to participate and did not do the game. After a while, we had to set sail, but this time we had to set sail without any help from the instructors. Diego was named captain and destroyed it by being so good. Tate helped Diego sail around to get home. Josh and Ben, when we got home, jumped straight into the water to shower. Later tonight, we will be doing dive chat.
