Location: Mountain Point, Virgin Gorda
Today was another amazing rotation day. The day started off with delicious pancakes for breakfast made by the chefs of the day. After breakfast and cleaning up, we started rotations with watersports. Everyone had a great time wakeboarding, waterskiing, and kneeboarding. When watersports was over, we were all taken to Astrid for man overboard drills. Everybody got a chance to steer the sailboat towards the “man overboard,” which in this case was a fender. After man overboard drills our chefs made us grilled cheese sandwiches, which we devoured in minutes. When lunch was over we headed to Celestial Storm, where we prepared for our dive. The Carina’s and Vegas split up as usual for the dives. The Carina’s did their second fish ID dive while the Vegas accomplished their first open water dive. After a great diving session, we came back to our boat for the next rotation. We had a brief navigation class on our boat about navigating. To finish the day, Mike came over for the Thanksgiving dinner that our amazing chefs cooked for us.
