Location: Marina Cay

Heyy, y’all, my name is Angie!! Today was maybe one of the best days ever on this trip, and i will let you know why later. First of all, this morning, we had cereal for breakfast, but before that, we set out for a quick sail from Mountain Point to The Dogs to go on the open water divers FIRST DIVE!!! We set out to the dive boat at 8 am and got to diving really quickly. My group was with Krisi and Laila. We had the best time ever; going that deep and being able to breathe underwater was an unforgettable experience (the top 3 coolest things I have done). The advanced divers like Elias, Reid, and others went to the chimneys and swam through cool arches.

Afterward, we went back to the boat to make some lunch, which was some Mac and cheese. YUMMY. Our chefs for our delicious Mac and cheese was Krisi and Mar, who did a verryyyy good job. After lunch, we had a little bit of swimming and relaxing time. Evan, Reid, Vanessa, Lorelai, and I did some absolutely knarly, sick, radical, cool, epic, insane, backflips off the dinghy. Reid was more of a flopper, though… While we were flipping, Sedora, Ella, and Gabby sat on the boat and soaked up the sun while reading their books. Around 1:30 we set out to a marina to get some freshwater for our tanks (i helped throw the line). We then came to Marina Cay to anchor for the night. We did some MORE flips, and we finally had shower time. Then Riley warned us that Mike was coming to join us for dinner!!! We prepared with a cheese plate that spelt out his name, it was beautiful. We had tortellini for dinner it was very good. For my squeeze, I did squeeze and hide and seek, and it was so fun finding everyone hidden in the boat. Sedora won, hiding under the salon couch. After Mike gave us a little story about Marina Cay, it was very nice. And that’s all !! Only nine days left im very sad it is almost over 🙁
Love u, Mom and Dad
PEACE OUT – Angie <3
