Location: Muskmelon Bay, Guana Island

It’s chaos day!! Friendship started out with a delicious breakfast made by Cahan, Dylan, and Celeste. We then sailed back to the sand highway so we could COMPLETE OUR DIVE CERTIFICATIONS!! It was a rotation day, so we moved to the Shamwari and Bliss Point raft. There we zested, paddle-boarded, skied, and flipped on the rope swing. Cahan hit an epic backflip (flop). Sophie and Maggie had a couple of turns on the rope swing and then resorted to tanning. Our group then moved to our final certification dives! I dove with both Friendship and Avizia so I could catch up after having some equalizing issues the first day. Under 60ft of water, we saw stingrays, angel fish, eels, and an array of other marine life. With Avizia’s group, we took out our fins and used the ocean floor as a trampoline. Everyone hit some stellar flips. Dylan and Celeste were able to complete their open water dives 1 and 2 after issues with equalizing! After diving, we had amazing chicken quesadillas and some of Dylan’s fresh apple cobbler. We then set sail to Garden Bay. Bea leads a main sail team consisting of Cahan, Eric, Katie, Dylan, Xander, and Celeste. They raised the sails in record time under Bea’s management. Underway, we got “freshwater showers”. Katie, Bea, Celeste, Eric, Aiden, and I all had long showers in the rain. Kaya, Dylan, Cahan, and Aiden took a solid nap in the power tower. It was quite an experience! We finished the day with our actual freshwater and Hibicleanse showers. Those we not as fun. For dinner, we had some amazing chicken and rice along with curry.
