Location: Marina Cay

The day began by realizing we had yet again been pranked by another boat and that our chart plotter had been changed to Japanese. Luckily, this time, we had no betrayals and could immediately start plotting our revenge- needless to say, we had many ideas. Millie, Lizzy, and Mirah began with some peaceful morning yoga on the hardtop before we split into watch teams and sailed away from Mountain Point to the idyllic Ginger Island. We sailed the boat by ourselves with no input from the counselors for the first time, with everyone working as a team to successfully get us to our destination.
Once we arrived, the advanced divers did their deepest dive yet, to 94 feet! Exploring the pressure changes in the ocean by cracking an egg in the ocean and watching as it amazingly kept its place well enough for Dylan and Gary to play hand football underwater. The colors also changed drastically, and red hues became purple/grey.
We enjoyed some soup for lunch as we set sail again to Beef Island. There, we got to have fresh water showers, which was incredibly refreshing after a long day. Zane and Ava kindly cooked an amazing Thanksgiving-style dinner with mashed potatoes and stuffing, which everyone immensely enjoyed. Then, everyone pitched in to clear away all the dishes.
To end the night, we listened to a deeply thought-provoking tape about taking advantage of the time we have and appreciating everything in our lives.
