Location: Savanna Bay, Virgin Gorda
We woke up, though most of us had not slept from talking all night, and put away the blue lagoon and took down hammocks. Chefs made breakfast (eggs, muffins and fresh fruit). We then got ready to leave the mooring field. We motored out of Norman Island to Cooper Island for lunch. We picked up a mooring at Cooper and had PB+J sandwiches for lunch. Gabriel got jelly on his shirt and jumped overboard until Harold (the seagull) came to investigate him. We cleaned up and then raised the mainsail on the mooring. We sailed with 1 reef to Savanna Bay. Before we dropped anchor, we learned how to tack with the full jib sail up. We practiced four times and sailed through a small squall while singing Country Road at the top of our lungs. Then we dropped anchor and some people went kneeboarding and waterskiing. We went over dive gear and had a guest, Austin, for dinner. Right now we are cleaning and will have the second section of our dive chat later. Standing by seven-two!
