What a day! The day began bright and early at 7:00am. We got our laundry picked up right away-yay! Breakfast was bagels with cream cheese, peanut butter, and Nutella. There was also scrumptious guava and banana yogurt. At 8:00am we were whisked away on our trusty dinghy Toothless to go on our first open water dive! Everyone loved it. We dove twice and saw so many beautiful fish. Today our deepest dive was 25-30ft. The coolest things we saw were trunkfish, trumpet fish, a molting crab, and a lionfish. After our dives we headed back home and were greeted by Elise’s delicious grilled cheese sandwiches. June fed the bread scraps to our boat seagull Jefferey. We now have a flock of Jefferys swarming our boat. During lunch we studied for our final scuba exam. After we cleaned up we took the 50 question multiple choice scuba exam. Don’t fear readers, we all passed! Some of us went wakeboarding while others set up a boom swing. Everyone loved the swing- we tied a rope to the boom and swung off it. Ben, Elise, and Zion did backflips. We all took saltwater showers and are squeaky clean. June and Rebecca are chefs tonight and are cooking up a Thanksgiving meal. Today was a blast! Everyone had so much fun doing all activities and can’t wait for this dinner. Onwards we go! P.S. Mike joined us for dinner and we played a very fun game with pictures that describes us.
