After dinner was when the real challenge started…setting up the hammocks. The four of us (myself, Jackson, Lance and Will) had the ambition of setting up four hammocks in a very, very small space. Three hours and dozens of attempts later we set our hammocks up perfectly. We were all going to sleep when Lance shouts “holy-guacamole, look at the stars.” Living in LA, Lance and I are incredibly unfamiliar with anything in the night sky but maybe a helicopter. The four of us then went to the trampoline and star gazed, talked, and laughed. This was when I knew it was going to be a fantastic summer. After discussing conspiracy theories for a while, we went back to the hammocks and went to bed. Once I woke up, I was presented with a beautiful set up of cereal, presented by Kat and Hudson. After a bowl of Cheerios, I was assigned to go to the cockpit to learn to be a true skipper of the boat. The real skipper, Tim, taught me so much. Finally, I took the wheel accompanied by my mates, Will and Lance. Eventually, we arrived at our destination, Blue Chromis, where we would be doing our first recreational dive. Our dive group descended, Tim was the leader, and I was accompanied by Lance, Will, Jackson, Kat, and Colin. So no matter what I knew it was going to be fun, whether we saw something or not. After the dive, we sailed to Savannah Bay, where we swam and ate dinner.
