Location: Mountain Point, Virgin Gorda
We started our day early this morning, setting sail for the baths at around 6:00. While we were on our way, the chefs, Alex and Lilah, quickly cut up lots of fresh fruit as well as some cereal. Shortly after, we arrived at the salt baths to see beautiful blue water, white sand beaches, and massive boulders. Once we got to land, Morgan, Alex, and Jackson quickly found the Cliff jumping area and did some cool jumps off of it. After everyone was done cliff jumping, the group split up, where Casey and Charlotte quickly found a quiet white sand beach to spend time on, inviting everyone else. In the meantime, Jackson, Fynn, André, and Hugo began climbing some rocks.
After a few hours, it was time to set sail for Spanish town. While on the way, the boys played some card games. Once we arrived in Spanish town, everyone quickly started exploring, as this was our first opportunity to see a local town. As we had not yet had lunch, we immediately located a local restaurant. After we were done eating, Maren and Ella mentioned that they had seen a small ice cream store, and our entire group had gone there. Once we were done eating, the girls went to a local market.
However, we had a long way to travel to our next site, where we would be going night diving, so we left at around 2:00. While on the boat ride to our next site, we all read a bit about the proper safety precautions necessary for night diving. Once we arrived at our site, we went for a snorkel around the reef to scout out where we would be diving tonight. As I am currently writing this, we are about to go for our night dive, and the entire boat is very excited as the snorkel around the reef looks amazing.
