Day 8 starts a little later with a 7:30 wake-up to take some rest from the barbecue. Today, the breakfast was French toast prepared by Alli and Aggie. The boat has been separated in the DM, and the Vegas (Aggie, Allie, Juliette, and Lily) went into Nomada (boat) to sail and make some bracelets after we move to the Kraken dive to do two dives—one dive to visit the shipwreck. The story of this ship is that it escaped from Pearl Harbor during the conflict and sank at 15 meters in the BVI. Then the next dive was to train to lead a group during the dive. We didn’t penetrate the ship because some of the divers didn’t have the wreck diver certifications (Wylie/Tyler). After the dive, we went into the boat faster to move to the boat Olympics beach. We ate lunch, PB and J, put on some Zinc so we can represent the boat, and went to the beach a little too early. We started by winning tug-of-war. After we did the dinghy rally, which we won, too, the next win was to put all of the boat water in a Pringles can. We finished the Olympics by winning the fender boat riding. Tyler and Avi are very good at that one; we don’t know how they trained. The conclusion is that Nacho Dinghy is the best boat. After that, we moved to Mt Point very early so we could have the best rock for the boat. To finish the day, we took showers and ate risotto and chicken. Finally, the whole day was victorious for us, Nachos.
