Location: Mountain Point, Virgin Gorda
For day five, we started our morning with oatmeal before motoring over to Virgin Gorda, where we swam onto the beach and jumped off the rock in the “baths”. After that, we took freshwater showers to prepare for our trip into Spanish Town and got ready for the short ride over. When we got there, we all went and had a delicious lunch at Bath and Turtle, and then split up and did some shopping with the little time we had left. Once we were back on the boat, we went over to Mountain Point and got our snorkels and fins out. We rode the dinghy over to the dive site of our first night dive (there were a ton of jellyfish). After we were done with that, we headed back to the boat and prepped for the dinner that Julia and Tyler were making. After we all ate dinner, we set up our gear for our first night dive and headed out in the dinghy and dove off of Second Wind. On the dive, we saw a slippery lobster, and some people saw two octopuses. After the night dive, we went back to our boat, took ocean showers, and got ready for bed.
