Location: Great Harbor, Peter Island
Today, I woke up on the hardtop for just the second time this trip because every other time I sleep there, I get poured on in the middle of the night. Right after we all woke up, we made our way to West End for some shore time. We all made our way to Omars(a coffee shop and breakfast place) and proceeded to get smoothies, bagels, and other different sorts of breakfast food. I ended up sitting at a table with Sally, Jake, and Claire, where we ended up having a long conversation about different kinds of breakfast foods along with talking about the test we were about to take after I finished writing this. After this, we all made our way into the grocery store to grab some snacks. David, Anzie, and Sedona all bought a can of Heinz baked beans for India(her favorite brand of baked beans). While waiting to leave West End, David, Kai, and I had a very serious talk about the best bagels and why. After our shore time, we got to put the sails up and sailed! Since we are the dive master boat, we do not get to raise the sails often because we are always super busy and need to get to our destinations fast. So, when we get to put them up, it’s a treat for everyone. We even hit 9.4 knots! We then made our way over to The Willy T, a sunken bar/boat, and got in a dive for Sally and Lizzie to finish skills and for the rest of us to just have a fun dive. I dove with Daisy, and we went around walking off the plank and taking pictures with everyone. After the dive, we motored to GHP, where we showered while Josh and David made dinner, which was breakfast for dinner. After that, we cleaned and started our tests. I just finished my test and am finishing the blog. As far as I’ve heard, everyone thinks they have done well, and that is the end of our day.
