Location: Vixen Point, Gorda Sound

This morning Friend Ship woke up to music blasting on the boat for our second rotation day. Brekkie was some cereal before going to diving, where the advanced divers went off to do a peak performance buoyancy dive while the open water divers did more continued dive skills from the day before. After diving, everyone went back to the Friend Ship to use the Zest boats, where Imogen and Sophia were towed about on a paddle board by one of the Zests, Liam tore it up with his own zest, and Sivanne was snorkeling about around the boat, but eventually, everyone ended up on the dingy where Zac was teaching the backward penguini with Imogen and Ava N judging the dives, and Gabriel was nailing some sick backflips. Lunch came next when the residents of Friend Ship mucked some Chicken wraps made by Chef Ava H. Post lunch Captain Garrett gave the first sail chat of camp, teaching the campers how to read a chart (boat map). During some of the Sail Chat time, we got to chill with the campers from Beso del Viento, who were awesome. Then came the highlight of the day with the watersports, where Sierra stole the show with multiple one-legged stunts on the waterskis, Daisy did maybe ten 360s on the kneeboard, and Millie absolutely crushed the wakeboard. When we all ended up back on the boat, we 40/40 the boat and motored over to Vixen Point for some of the best dinners we’ve had from Mountain and Tony with some chicken salad and risotto rice. All in all, today was another absolutely amazing day out on the boat in the beautiful British Virgin Islands with some great people, and it was topped off by some of the best water sports I think I’ve ever seen.
