Location: Savanna Bay, Virgin Gorda
Today we had to wake up early. We had to get to The Baths. The Baths are super cool but a little hard to maneuver. There is a super cool place where you can jump off a high rock, and Teddy did a backflip. Eres did a front flip off the rock. Zander took some interesting shortcuts to get to the rock. Unfortunately, Bear (Lily) took a spill, and the med staff patched her all up.
After The Baths, we enjoyed a nice freshwater shower. Since Bear was a little sore from her fall, Tatum kindly washed Bear’s hair and gave her a nice massage. We then had a short sail to Spanish Town. We went to a restaurant, and everyone got some much-needed not-boat-food. Georgina (Lanie) got a virgin mango daiquiri. William had a nice Shirley Temple. After we got lunch, we went our separate ways to explore in smaller groups. Me (Finn) and Oskar went to the grocery store to stock up on mangos and fruit loops. Lulu, Bear, and Ellery decided to help style some other shipmates’ hair from another boat. We then had a long sail to our anchorage for the night. I enjoyed steering the boat while everyone worked on tacking. Eres got a nap underway. After that, we settled down for the night. It was a great day today!
