Location: Mountain Point, Virgin Gorda
Today, to say the least was incredibly eventful and fun. It was a rotation day which consisted of scuba diving, zesting, water sports, knot tying, and dinghy riding. We woke up to a delicious breakfast made by our chefs, Oskar and Georgina (Lanie), and quickly got ready to zest. Zander and Oskar were on a zest, and there were some other groups like Payton and Ellery. They did very well on the zest because Payton was carrying and trying to teach Ellery how to zest. Lulu and William also went testing, and the boom flew up the boat and hit up William(he’s okay). After a little bit, the next rotation was water sports William, on kneeboarding, had an epic jump and somehow landed it, and Payton finally got up on the second try on wakeboarding.
For lunch, there was a big barracuda that we named Barry, and Payton got dared to jump on it, and he did it without hesitation. Then we went scuba diving. The groups were Payton, Ellery, Tatum, and Teddy with Kaleigh. Lulu, Finn, Eres, and Oskar with Cara. And William, Bear, Georgina, and Zander with Mackenzie. It was a checkout dive, so we practiced some of the skills from last year. Most of the groups did handstands; after all, the people on Hope tried to push Tony (staff) off the boat. After scuba diving, we had boat riding, and Eres almost crashed the boat but did a great job. After that, Mike, the (owner of ActionQuest) came to our boat for dinner, and we had a delicious dinner.
