Hey parents!!! It’s George, and I’m going to tell you all about day 14! We woke up in Somers Bay and had a pretty chill morning. Around 8 am, Sean brought out breakfast, and we left for Brewers Bay which was about an hour away. Our first dive at Shark Point was a fun dive for most of us except for Sophie, Jaden, Elizabeth, and Maddie, who had to make up a naturalist dive. We saw tons of cool sea life, including trunk fish, angel fish, and fire-worms! After the dive, Elizabeth and Mateo cooked up some quesadillas, and they were great! I ate like four of them. We were given many options for our afternoon activity, but we chose to dive right below the boat and moonwalk. Moonwalking is wearing extra weight and taking off your fins so you can jump around on the bottom. Also, the girls put on board shorts and forced the boys to wear bikinis so we could take funny pictures underwater. Mateo ate an apple underwater which was cool. This was definitely the highlight of my day, and Madora took some cool pics of it! Franie, Hayley, Mateo, Elizabeth, Jaden, and I surfaced from the dive into a thunderstorm, and CiCi was screaming at us to get out of the water. Thankfully everyone got out and is okay. We waited out the rainstorm and calmed down from our hectic dive.

The rest of the afternoon was super chill, other than a little tidying up of heads and cabins. This was really nice because we were all pretty tired from earlier in the day. We then sailed from Brewers Bay to Cane Garden Bay to moor for the evening. Hayley, Ella, and I threw lines when we arrived at the dock. We refueled and replenished our water supply as well. We are going to have a movie night and early bedtime in preparation for the big hike tomorrow. Some people are more excited than others, but I’m looking forwards to a great day tomorrow! Eve is really cool and has orange fins.
