Location: Great Harbor, Peter Island

We woke up this morning to music blasting. The tunes prompted us to roll out of our hammocks and begin a full day of activities. By the time we had reached the Beata wreck, it was nearly lunchtime. We were instructed to set up gear, followed by our first dive. The group was split into three sections. One group would descend, tie a bowline knot, wrap the penetration line around 3 points on the wreck, ascend while the next group began to descend, and so forth. Once all groups had ascended, we had mac and cheese for lunch. Afterward, we began to prep for what would be our second dive, following the penetration line through the wreck. This dive was extraordinary. The interior of the wreck was full of fluorescent schools of fish, as well as many other creatures. After conducting our ascent, we sailed to our final destination for the night, rafted with Event Horizon, had breakfast for dinner, and completed our Advanced Open Water exam.
