Day 17
We woke up this morning with ‘Under Pressure’ blasting in our ears. We sailed for about 1 hour to the start of our journey, West End. We got to have shore time with all the other boats. After our 2 hour shore time, we sailed to GHP. We did an incredible wreck called the Willie T. It was a huge ship that had a bar and a restaurant. There were five skeletons around the wreck, and there was a huge opening that we could swim through and come out on the other side. We were down at the ship for about 40 minutes. Today, Jake let Lawrence, Santiago, and Luca take charge of the sailing. Lawerence helmed, Santi was on the jib, and Luca was on the main. After that, we showered and then had AMAZING Mexican food cooked by Lawerence and JD. Mia and Reid did their night dive (which they said was amazing), and now we are all going to study for our test tomorrow to finally be certified!
