Location: Muskmelon Bay, Guana Island

Hi Mom and Dad, it’s Jack H, and today I was skipper! We started the day with pancakes for breakfast. While most of us got regular pancakes, Lyle and Caroline created custom pancakes for the staff, spelling out their initials. They put the staff’s initials into pancakes. After cleaning, we motored way over to a new bay. We went to Trellis for the afternoon. This is a small beach town on the island of Tortola known for two things its artsy sculptures and the very small airport. Also, maybe it’s chickens. Chase, Big Jack, and Forbes met a local kid and bounced on a trampoline with him. They spent a long time cheering on each other as they attempted various flips. Oscar spent the day hanging out with his friends from another boat, Shape Up, and chasing a chicken. Harrison spent his time in town walking around and sampling several sugary drinks at a loose mongoose. Lu, Lu Lu, Lyla, Evelyn, Caroline, and Thea all walked around town restocking on snacks for the boat and shopping for clothing and jewelry. After time in town, we motored to the next anchorage Musk Melon. During shower time, we had a jumping competition off the boat. We had Mac and cheese for dinner. It was kind of edible. Love you, mom and dad.
