Location: Marina Cay
Today, we did many activities throughout the day. We started off the day with a delicious breakfast, which was delayed. Our talented chefs, Koko, Abby, and Henry, treated us to French toast with maple syrup, which everyone enjoyed, especially me!
After breakfast, we sailed for 30 minutes to Trellis Bay Island. Our first stop was the local store, where we picked up snacks. Patrick and Niko were thrilled with sweets and drinks they bought. Short rain appeared, but that didn’t play a big role.
We then split into two groups: the boys and the girls. The girls decided to relax by the grocery store and eat their snacks while the boys went to a nearby restaurant, which was completely empty. After a satisfying meal, Niko and I wanted to experience a local Thai massage. Unfortunately, the spa had a long queue, so we headed back to join the girls. Shortly after, our staff picked us up and brought us back to our boat. We sailed to our next destination, where we had a discussion about sailing with fellow sailors Skyler and Annika. After chat we went to swimming. Annika continued her backflip lessons, and while I still was doing the spiny backflips, Ava and Louise did their backflips on the first try, and they were completely flabbergasted. At the same time, Emily enjoyed some tanning on the net. After our swim, we showered while watching our staff members show off their water skiing skills. For dinner, we had beef, tomato, and a fancy salad. The squeeze question of the evening was about which animal we’d win in a fight, and the answers were funny and creative.
Finally, we went to the rooftop to play with Patrick’s cool camera. However, the camera fell all the way down from the power tower.
