Location: Savanna Bay, Virgin Gorda

Wow, there has been a lot of sailing today. We pushed off the dock at 11 AM, and we sailed till about two when we made a stop at Cooper Island for the swim test and lunch. Then we got going again. Most of us managed to avoid sunburn. We all got a chance at the helm and did lots of jobs on the ship. At about 4:30 we arrived at Savannah Bay, Virgin Gorda, and made dinner. We all tried our hand at assembling our dive gear, with some figuring it out better than others. We spotted a turtle and named it Fernando, in honor of our crew member who hasn’t arrived yet. After a hearty dinner of Sloppy Joe’s and mashed potatoes, we did our dishes and are about to have our scuba talk
