Location: Vixen Point, Gorda Sound

Today started with us leaving our old spot at Mountain Point around 5:30 am. After about a two-hour sail to Anegada, Max, and Tate cooked some amazing French toast. Once we finished the meal, we all got on a dingy to the beach to start the boat Olympics. The first game was the paddle relay, where you had to dig a hole big enough for everyone to slide through in a relay race. We sadly lost the first game, but we made a quick comeback when JJ won the next game called Fender Rodeo. In the third game, we came in third. The most exciting game was easily tug-o-war. We won our first round easily, with Ben and Antonio holding down the back. We got too confident, though, because we ended up losing the final match. We still got second place in tug-o-war. The final game was very scuffed. It was a game where we had to crawl through everyone’s legs to get to a buoy, which we would have to spin around five times, then we would have to run to the ocean to grab as much water as possible while staff were blocking us, and with the little bit of water we got we would have to fill up a Pringles can. We came in third in this game. We ended up coming in third place overall. And that was just until lunch. We had Kraft Mac’N Cheese for lunch and then sailed to our next destination, Vixen Point. The sail was fun for everyone. Some people sang some people read, and some people just laid out and chilled. Some people also saw dolphins swimming next to our boat! It was a long sail, but it was fun. Once we arrived at Vixen Point, we had veggie burgers for dinner and then chilled out for a while, working on our dive books for our dive chat tomorrow.
