Location: Sommer's Beach, Tortola
Hi guys! This morning started in Muskmelon Bay, and I had eggs and blueberry muffins for breakfast. We ate underway while pumping tanks and heading to our spot for the day. Here, the rescue divers did their final navigation dive, thankfully. I was with Ava, and we got a little lost and surfaced a short swim from the boat, but no worries, we just resurfaced. Sike, there were worries because both Ava and I couldn’t equalize, so we got out, put some swimmers’ earplugs in, and went back in, then we killed it. Maya and Kate finished first, and Kate ran through some more of her rescue drills from the other day, while Maya played the victim. Casey also found a sand dollar. Then we ate lunch, one of my favorites, Tuscan bean soup. Jackson put sour cream in it, and that reminded me of my mom and her mascarpone in soup. Then all the girls lay at the top and tanned together until we had more rescue practice. Audrey, Cameron, and Ellery played amazing panicked people for us to save and tow.
After that, we all snacked together and then got ready for the beach BBQ. At the BBQ, we had charcoal-tasting burgers, then got rained on, poured on. We danced and wrestled in the rain. Especially Maya and Kate, who got in the water fully clothed. Dragging Ellery in, too. Kate had to use Aiden’s shirt, and Maya borrowed one from our friend on another boat. Ash and Stella walked up and down the beach talking. Cameron got thrown in the water by all of us, but he was super squirmy, so it wasn’t easy. Maya, Kate, Ellery, and I ran around and chased each other, very sandy but carefree. I got to talk to my Drazzy from last year, so that was super great too, she said I was her favourite, ofc. We took lots of cute pictures and had a ton of fun. It’s great to spend every day in such a pretty place I wouldn’t trade it for anything, except a clean room and hot shower. Love you so much, Mom and Dad, tell the dogs I miss them too, and I hope they don’t forget me! Tell Rik and Hines I miss them bunches! Bye 👋
