Location: Muskmelon Bay, Guana Island
Today was a very fun day. We woke up to the most beautiful morning in the BVI. It was not too hot or too windy, just perfect. I slept in the cockpit under Will on the bench. Thankfully, he let me use his sleep mat. This morning the staff members had a staff meeting on Marina Cay. So we were left with the responsibility to not hurt ourselves or the boat. For breakfast, we had cereal and melon. Once Tait, Meils on Wheels, and Annie left, we were all alone on the mono hole for the first time. Since Sam is the oldest, she was left in charge. Chloe, Thea, Sariah, Lily, Kiera, and I hung out on the bow, Zaver and Will shaved, Sam read, and Lina slept. When they got back, we sailed to Trellis and listened to music. I read my book, “Daisy Jones and the Six”.
We finally got to Trellis, and it was beautiful. Getting off the boat and actually walking around was amazing. We split into groups and got food at the Loose Mongoose. I had the veggie wrap. It was delicious. After lunch, Lily, Thea, Chloe, and I jumped on a trampoline we found near the restaurant. We then all went into the local shop, and most of the girls got matching friendship bracelets. Leo bought a necklace, bracelet and a shirt. We then got smoothies, Lily, Sariah, Chloe, and I got mango smoothies, and Thea and Keira got strawberry. We then left town on the dink and sailed to Muskmelon Bay. When we got there, we showered. For dinner, we had chili and rice, and Tyler, who works on under-pressure pumping tanks, came over. We tried to see the green flash and failed. I ended the day with my squeeze question, “What makes you feel the most loved.”
How’s France, brewer? How’s Foxy and Pepper and Biscuit? Love ya, goodnight gang gang.
